I recently stayed at Kiev Hostel for a week, and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in every aspect. Not only was the property well-equipped and modern, but the staff at the reception, especially Tatiana and Oksana, were exceptionally kind and always ready to assist with a warm smile. What truly impressed me was when they went above and beyond by returning my forgotten shower bag promptly, showcasing their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. The room was immaculate with clean bedsheets and towels, and the chambermaid's regular visits ensured a fresh and cozy stay throughout. I was delighted to find ironing facilities available, which added a touch of convenience to my travels. The presence of efficient heating and air conditioning made my stay remarkably comfortable, allowing me to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hostel's laundry services, including the washing machine and dryer, were a lifesaver, especially during a long trip. The attention to detail even extended to the curtains and carpeted floors, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Kiev Hostel truly stands out as a gem in Ukraine, with its exceptional staff, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities—making it a place I wholeheartedly look forward to returning to in the future.
